Strengthen Your Skills with Our ACT Prep Workshop
The November ACT Prep Workshop at the Collierville Burch Library is designed to outline ACT exam and give students the support they need to ace this test to the best of their ability. The workshop allows students to be in an untraditional learning environment and prepare them for this standardized test that many have never seen before their junior year of high school.
This two-day workshop gives students a broad view of the ACT Test and its 4 main subjects: English, Math, Reading, and Science. On the first day, we walk through the major topics from each subject and factored in the new parameters on the test regarding the number of questions and the time given for each test. The second day features a fully-proctored exam based on the September 2025 released exam.
Students have the benefit of being in a room with their peers and felt free to ask multiple questions. Many students walking into their first ACT are just now learning how this test works and how the questions are formatted. Providing the tools for success starts with a support system from their peers and the tutors who lead this event.
