Fill out the sign-up form, and instantly receive the IMT pricing/FAQ guide in your email.

Sign Contract
Reply to our automated email, and we’ll confirm tutor availability and send over the contract.

Tutor Introduction
You'll be introduced to your tutor via a group chat.

Optional Consult Call
If you have specific details to discuss, schedule an optional consult call. The link is sent to your email upon sign-up.

Pay Invoice
Upon contract signing, you'll receive an invoice. Each payment cycle requires a minimum of 8 sessions.

First Session
Parents are welcome to attend the first session to meet the tutors and get acquainted.
What do IMT Sessions Include?

Tutors can assist students with daily homework tasks from school.

You will be added to the IMT Group Chat which includes: parents, tutor, director, manager, and students if applicable.
Monitoring Grades
Tutors will keep up with student grades through apps like Powerschool and Skyward once parents provide login access.
School Tests/Quizzes
Tutors can help prepare for upcoming tests and quizzes.

Local Tutors
All in person IMT tutors are from Collierville, Memphis, Germantown, Bartlett and other surrounding areas.
Frequency/Credits
Choose once or twice a week of sessions. Credits never expire, and can roll over month after month indefinitely.
Licensed Teachers
IMT tutors are licensed teachers who work in the classroom as experts in their field.
Test Prep
Tutors will help rising grade levels with TCAP, AIMS WEB, STAR, ACT, SAT, and all other standardized testing.
