Educators Existing Outside of the Classroom
Our company hosted its first-ever “Tutor Meets Tutor” event, bringing together tutors from across the program for a time of connection, collaboration, and community. The gathering created a unique opportunity for team members to step away from their individual sessions and engage with one another in a shared space.
Putting our best foot forward into the school year, our team enjoyed lunch together while building relationships and exchanging experiences from their work with students. The relaxed setting encouraged meaningful conversations, peer support, and a stronger sense of team unity.
This allowed us to lay a foundation for continued connection and collaboration among tutors, strengthening the community and energizing the team for the work ahead.
